All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Expedited orders must be received by noon to be shipped the same business day.

Please remember that processing and delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. 

If you need to add an item to your order please send us an email as soon as possible to  Please place order number in the subject line (order #xxxxxxxx).  We will do our best to combine added item for shipment.  Once processed we can no longer make any changes to your order.

Within US

We ship USPS and FedEx.  Prior to check out you will be asked to choose your shipping preference.  For orders less than 1lb USPS first class comes with tracking, is reasonable and reliable.  We do not over-charge for shipping and there are no “handling” fees.  

All orders over $75 are shipped free with FedEx Ground or USPO ground service. FedEx does not deliver to the PO boxes.

To prevent any complications with your delivery, please make sure your shipping address is correct and provide your most accessible phone number. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit. 

International Shipping

We ship to many countries around the world.

Prior to the check out page you will be asked to choose FedEx International Ground or FedEx International Priority shipping method. Both come with tracking and insurance.  

Priority orders must be received by 11am US Mountain Time to be shipped the same business day.

When making your choice please remember that delivery times are calculated based on business days, weekends and holidays are not included.
